Our vision is to have no individual suffer due to lack of medical equipment, supplies, medicine or staff when in need of treatment.
Selection of the facility is our first step. We research the most underserved areas of world to determine where the greatest needs are and then our team of missionaries, medical professionals and advisors visit the facilities meeting with the Chief of Hospital and Staff to determine the needs of the facility and implement strategies to secure the resources to meet those needs.

Once we have determined the needs, then we contact our Partnering Medical Centers [PMC’s] in the U.S. and Canada as well as manufactures; to aid us by donating the equipment and supplies. After we secure the needed resources, we log and ship them to the facility.

Fulfilling a staffing need, we contact one of our partnering Nursing Schools, Medical Schools, Universities or PMC’s for doctors, nurses and technicians that are willing to volunteer for two-week training and serving mission or a one to two year staff placement at the facility. Volunteers for staff placement positions abroad are paid their salaries by the hospital or institution that they are employed by in their home country. In some cases; salaries are adjusted to an equivalent salary within the economic base of the country being served.
